Certain unhealthy foods such as meats, dairy, eggs and concentrated sugars + salts often found in pastries and sodas cause inflammation in the cells including skin cells.  If you want less acne, less wrinkling, less blemishes in general, eat a cleansing anti-inflammatory diet: High fruit, Low fat.  Organic.

Learn to eat what is called “fruit mono-meals.”  A fruit mono-meal is one kind of fruit eaten as the entire meal.  Examples:

1/2 watermelon (or simply eat watermelon until you no longer feel hungry)

2 pounds of cherries

600 calories of one fruit blended, for example honeydew melon or bananas blended with a little water

4 large mangoes

You get the idea.  Fruit isn’t intended by nature to be a snack for we primates, nor is it intended to be a dessert.  It is supposed to be the primate’s primary source of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) and our primary source of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) as well.  You are intended by nature to behave as a frugivorous herbivore.  You are a primate, so eat like it!
